Dave Spetrino

Dave utilizes more than eighteen years of experience in the construction, real estate and development industries to build better homes and better communities. His diverse experience includes owning several successful businesses, financing and managing real estate acquisitions, creating and managing residential rental properties and leading Plantation Building Corp, a multi-million dollar corporation focused on commercial and residential construction and development. Spetrino received his BA in business administration from Radford University and earned his North Carolina General Contractors Unlimited License in 1997. He resides in Wilmington's Historic District with his wife, Kathy, and two sons, Nicholas and Lane. As a licensed pilot, he enjoys flying and traveling with his family.

Kyle Henry

Kyle Henry's interest in construction began in high school, where he began with a focus in carpentry. This later brought him to Wilmington so that he could study boatbuilding. After finishing a technical program at Cape Fear Community College, he repaired boats, built furniture, designed and assembled bars and began renovating historic homes. Kyle joined Plantation Building Corp in 2002 and quickly became an integral part of the PBC mission: to build quality homes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kyle received his General Contractor license in 2007 and continues to stay up to date & educated on everything from insulation and energy efficiency to the latest news in green building. His favorite part about working for PBC is the fulfillment he finds in working with a group of people who enjoy the building industry as much as he does.

Kyle spends his free time with his family and restoring his boat. He, his wife Sonya, and their three children enjoy hanging out downtown, at the beach and kayaking. They are always up for a road trip!

Libby Beccarino

Libby Beccarino was born and raised in Oyster Bay, New York and holds a degree in Psychology from NYIT. He has been married to Maureen for 35 years and they raised two great kids, Corey & Nick, who also reside in Wilmington.

Libby has been working in the construction industry for 30 years and has been with PBC for 8 years heading the Renovations Division. He can probably answer any question regarding the building industry. He is a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge!

Maureen & Libby have become fixtures in the community for their work and support of many non-profit organizations including the Carousel Center, Yahweh Center, Children's Museum and the New Hanover Regional Medical Center. A hippie at heart, Libby enjoys watching live music, playing golf and, of course, the New York Yankees.

Becky Benson

Born and raised in Wilmington, Becky came to work for Plantation Building Corp in 2007.

Becky oversees the accounting department, which can be both exciting and challenging!

When not crunching numbers in her back office, she enjoys spending time with husband Dale, her two dogs Brody & Sable and relaxing on the beach.

Kathy Spetrino

Kathy just can't see enough of her husband Dave, so she joined Plantation in 2008 to assist with marketing. Her degree from UNCW in Fine Art is finally coming in handy! She conjures up creative ways to spread the word that PBC is the best building and development company in town.

Outside of Plantation Building Corp, Kathy focuses on raising Nicholas & Lane while attempting to keep her sanity by painting and taking pictures of great PBC homes.

Kasey Valente

Kasey grew up not far from the vineyards of California's Napa Valley. Inspired by her family's construction business and boutique winery, she is always looking for avenues to express her entrepreneurial spirit. Kasey has a BA from UNCW and a strong sales & marketing background. After working with PBC for several years as their exclusive listing agent, it was a only a natural progression to come on board full time when the opportunity arose.

Kasey, her husband Guy, and their two daughters split their time between downtown Wilmington and their small family farm. When not selling homes, Kasey can be found teaching self defense, hanging out at the beach or the farmer's market.

Dan Spann

Daniel Spann has been interested in construction since his dad could get him to swing a hammer.  His love of building took him to Appalachian State in Boone, NC to pursue a degree in Construction Management.  After graduating, he worked for Windsor Contracting where he led projects renovating a large church, building medical strip malls and developing several complexes of luxury apartment buildings.

In addition to all his accomplishments, Dan is LEED AP certified and loves to discuss & apply the efficiencies of buildings, as well as their impact on the surrounding environment.

He enjoys listening to & playing bluegrass as well as spending quality time with his wife Brooke and two little daughters Cora & Emma.
